Exported from the country that gave us Justin Bieber and Avril Lavigne comes Canada’s own rave pioneer, DJ Tiga. Thankfully, he doesn’t sound anything like the aforementioned pop artists, but Tiga is a sensation of his own kind. His album Sexor won the 2007 Juno Award for Dance Recording of the Year, and is well known for his amazing remixes. Also notable are his covers of Nelly’s ‘Hot In Herre’ and Corey Hart’s ‘Sunglasses At Night’, which made him an international frenzy in electronic music.
